Information You Submit
Search Terms
When a name, location, or other search term is entered into a search tool, that query may be sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Colfax County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records, but the search partner may process them under its own privacy rules.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to respond, manage the request, and maintain ordinary business records. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
